This is starting to sound like the AP is going to turn into more of a spring break party and sex and I’ll skip the death sticks, jellies skin fungus and similar thank you very much.
We will go with the transport, even with less hull, i think the defensive and offensive capabilities are a bit better than in the destroyer. Now we just need a name for it, Im thinking Stryfe.
Good grief, in the Dead Suns session this afternoon we started off with a combat encounter and my Envoy was downed in the first round in one hit. FML…
@Rando, same server same pw?
Well I finally got my good armor. Couldn’t afford to get the Thunderhead Dragonglaive though. Oh well I guess I have something else to look to get that I will probably get at the end of the AP I’mnot selling my Aeon Stone though because it gives me +10 movement and the armor I bought has no movement penalty, so 40ft land or flying speed. Now I can get up in there quicker and give all the enemies cover. I am not seeing a feat I can get that would negate or lessen that unfortunately.
I haven’t picked a lvl 7 feat yet. I was going to get Close Combat, but I think I can live without now that I actually have some good armor. I might get Laugh At Danger, which let’s me give any of you within 30ft +2 to AC if I take damage that doesn’t kill me once per stam rest. But I’m probably going to get Lunge to give the Entropic Strike an extra 5ft of range giving it 15ft of range right now and 20ft when Entropic Strike gets the reach trait at lvl 10. I will be able to practically hit stuff with range back with all you guys
Vash was able to upgrade to a weapon of our level, with a fusion. Armor that is only 1 level lower with an upgrade. a Mk2 Personal Upgrade, and some cool new shades to try to help protect against those GDMF blind grenades (which we will probably never get hit with again, but he has been traumatized).
Maybe Zabraxas is shopping at the wrong stores.
Oh wise goblin, please bestow upon me the secret of the stores that sell things for less than the standard cost so that I too may partake of cheaper stuff…
Zabraxas just doesn’t have enough creds…but all is good all is fine, I’ll just fly around lunging at stuff from farther away than they can reach me.
sounds like you should have skipped the armor and gone with the glaive then
Which is one reason Vash’s armor is a level lower, he doesnt plan to stay close enough or in line of sight to be hit. I took Spring Attack as my 7th lvl feat, Vash will be darting everywhere.
Nah, I’m better off with the armor. The glaive is 2d8 damage and reach vs. 2d6 for Entropic Strike plus the ability to boost the Entropic Strike damage. My defense is slightly more than doubled with the armor as well as no ACP and no movement penalty. Hey, maybe by the end of this AP I’ll get enough to actually buy a Dragonglaive.
Is there an item that let’s you retrain one single feat? I could get a Contortion Coat that would negate my need to squeeze through any space up to one-quarter of my size and this would also negate my need for the Tight Fit feat.
There is an item that let’s you redo the level choices entirely, goblin lobotomy, or something like that. Vash might be able to do it for you.
Somewhere in this thread I brought it up, at the time I think rando said just do it, and he would consider the item in the future. No idea if we have hit that future yet.
Hmmm I’m pretty sure that is not the procedure I am looking for. I think, @Rando allowing, I will just get a good ole reliable Mnemonic Editor Mk I to use only to undo the Tight Fit feat. That is if I can buy a Contortion Coat, which I can actually afford at this point.
@Rando here’s your orange suited guy, he’s kind of goofy looking…and doesn’t even have 10 feet of reach.
~15 year old girl voice~ OMG they’re sooo dork-is, they’re almost adorbs!
No, just no.
Still having sporadic cable dropout. Technician is coming by tomorrow between noon and 2 pm. Don’t forsee any problems at game time, but who knows.
It’s a good thing you have the Modded Cyberpunk to play with in the worst case scenario snicker
Technician: “Ooops, don’t think I was supposed to sever that…”
So the tech has been by. Others in the neighbourhood have been complaining recently as well. It’s a sub-division problem where apparently maintenance has not been done on the infrastructure in awhile. He kicked it up the chain and it’ll a week to weeks before we get any resolution. The city may have to be involved and permits for digging and shit.
The new modem is faster and shit but more susceptible to the line problems. So it’ll drop connection a few times an hour to maybe once every few hours. It could come back in a minute or come back in 20 minutes. The hotter it gets outside the worse it generally gets.
Playing is going to be like stop-n-go traffic during a commute. Not playable.
So unfortunately I’m going to cancel this week. We’ll see how it goes next week, but we might have to put both Starfinder games on hold for a few weeks.
Sorry gang.
