Saw an OTG tag on US West / Enviska and the guild descript says it’s Old Timers Guild. Just wanted to make sure it’s legit. Since I’m awaiting my application, and thus no access to the private forums or discord, just wanted to check.
It’s certainly not official. I know some West Coasters are playing, though, and while we discourage the use of Old Timers Guild for non-official-OTG…it’s been known to happen.
So…maybe? 
Also be aware that if you play on a west coast server you cannot cross play with the east coast OTG server. Cross play only works between servers in the same region.
