Across the world, Black Swan populations are estimated to be around 500,000 individuals. In the United States however it is extremely rare to see this bird outside of captivity. There are thought to be around 120 breeding pairs in the UK
Here’s an interesting article about these lovely birds. There are several links when you google Black Swan Population that provide some very interesting information, based upon which site you visit. From what I can tell they are protected in the UK. However, I think the wikipedia page has quite a well rounded description and information on these bird.

Looks like Grogu from The Mandalorian to me.
The artist has drawn Bella Ramsey (Ellie from The Last of Us live-action series) as Grogu ( The small “Yoda” looking character in the show, The Mandalorian). The tie-in is Pedro Pascal stars in both shows (you can see him in the background of the drawing with artifacts from both shows on his person).
