We use the very first selections. You’ll recognize the names from here in the forums.
At the top, general gaming I believe. We are all average. It’s not about being good or bad, we try to win, but the fun we generate when playing together is what OTG gaming is all about.

Yikes! That’s rough. I’ve been there. I hope you get it sorted out soon.
Well, I tried to install my new I7 into a 1150 MB which of course didn’t work. I wasn’t all that careful with my old I5 thinking I’ll never use it again. Tried to put it back in, but my PC wouldn’t load. I decided to keep the I7 and buy a new 1151 socket MB. Since I opened the I7 and put the thermal paste all over it, I decided to clean it up, put it back in the box and take it in to have the MB installed along with the processor.
Of course my new MB doesn’t use my old memory so I had to buy that too. Saturday ended up being an expensive day. Good news, I’m running BV5 full graphics when I get back on. If it wasn’t for the holidy I’d probably be back up today or tomorrow.
Battlefield V Political Pundits Targeting Gaming. Battlefield V has seen its share of controversy in 2018, but are games becoming a target of the politically charged identitarian movement and in the cross-hairs of the culture war?
who cares, really. This shit being hyped by internet personalities is a non factor to 99.9% of the world. It’s tiresome and cringy.
Whether it’s internet personalities or special interest groups of any stripe these individuals are trying to make an impact in an area that typically isn’t a target. Gamers like the general everyday public aren’t concerned about progressivism and I’m happy to hear they aren’t.
I haven’t watched the vid (blocked at work) posted by Buzz, but BF players wanted realism as much as you can and still make a game fun. I found girl characters to be a non issue, but I didn’t want hooks for hands or any kind of robotic arms. I never played the COD games, but didn’t want the BF developers to build a new BF game in the mold of COD.
Either way, I was still going to buy it and play. I ignored the Battlefront hysteria and Nightravn and I had a great 6-7 months with a very solid Star Wars shooter. I wish more OTG would have played as I think everybody would have enjoyed it. It was basically built like a Battlefield Rush mode with some great Star Wars settings. 3rd person mode was really nice as you could see some great Storm Trooper or Hoth Rebel uniforms on your character.
BFV is a great game. My PC should be back Thursday or Friday and I’ll be back in game. Jonesing for BV5, but I was able to knock out some shows on my DVR… Watched a lot college football this past week.
