“We broke the work up into 3 phases
the first phase is all of the ground work tasks and adding the basics for the backend
second phase is all of the front end work, UI/UX, etc and the actual match making work
2nd phase is by far the bulk of the work
we are in the early days of phase 2
3rd phase is a soft launch and mock match creation + bug fixing”
