FYI, happened upon this while researching something else. As you guys have told me, trading steam keys is ok, it’s just fairly limited. In case anyone was curious.

Yeah, that’s mostly about trading steam gifts and items in the steam account, which as you said is pretty limited. And I believe it’s against the TOS to sell steam keys (which I’m fine with), but trading them or giving them away is fine. Steam just won’t get involved if you get scammed, etc. That’s why they have websites like steam rep sites where people can vote down scammers, etc.
Plus, I really like steamgifts.com cuz it’s a way to enter for prizes, while also giving to others!
