I’ve been following this since it was announced. You command a platoon of Sherman tanks in WWII. The game is open for beta testing and to get invited you just need to click a button on their Steam site. Easy peasy if you’re interested :slight_smile: (by that I mean it’s an instant invite…)

edit: played the tutorial and was very impressed with the commands and overall ambiance (if that’s the right word for a war game). I’ll be picking this one up for sure…although it entered my mind that I would also probably enjoy Panther/Tiger Commander almost as much…

I’ll check that out and may keep an eye on how things progress. I dunno about the graphics and perspective as I’m more an old school wargamer, like “Steel Panthers”, by SSI.

Same here. I’ve always prioritized gameplay over graphics. This game reminds me of a cross between Company of Heroes and World of Tanks. I grew up with Panzer Corps and a ton of SSI and SSS games back in the Elder Days of thin floppies…
