Yes. It is only Adventure League (AL) Convention Created Modules (CCC). It is also multi-platform. I looked at the sign ups and the vast majority is Roll20 + a few Fantasy Grounds games.
Giving your product away for free is a way to get market share. Doesn’t generally fill your bank account.
It’s always a question of do expenses drain the account before they figure out a way to fill them without driving away everyone who came for the free candy.
