Veloren - https://veloren.net/ 3d Voxel based adventure game. play on the official server, host your own, or play single player. world and dungeons are procedurally generated on world creation. Its got mounts, and gliders. and you can switch play styles based on what items you have equipped.
Kaetram - https://kaetram.com/ It’s basically 2d pixel art RuneScape. It’s cross platform too, same account you use on PC you can use to log in on Android.
Luanti - https://www.luanti.org/ It used to basically be a FOSS Minecraft clone, but evolved into more of a stand alone game engine, not entirely dissimilar from roblox in that way. Its a project I’ve followed for years now because I don’t like modern MC, or Microsoft in general…
