I have ni no kuni wrath of the white witch remastered for ps4(pro)
It has true 4k mode at 30fps and 1440p 60fps interesting game but whats the difference in these two modes?
Aside from the different refresh rates you quoted, 4K is 3840×2160 (a total of over 8 million pixels), while 1440p is 2560×1440 (3.6 million pixels)

That’s also the reason for the different refresh rates, if you notice the almost double amount of pixels
