“Against the Elements” is now available for Prelude Event for next expansion. Information on locations for the quest are listed on EQ2 Traders Corners. List of locs is on the bottom of the page. Pick up quest, go to arcane hall in Qeynos or Freeport, kill a few elementals and you are done.
Max level, I’m assuming? Since that will pretty much leave me out 
Aside from the fact I can’t stay in EQ2 today for more than 10 minutes before it dies on me.
I believe you can do the quest at lower levels but I think the ancient spell is only for those level 110.
