Ok so I asked about refining rock , however how do you get the price it says in your inventory ? It will say one thing there and when you go to sell its a huge price difference ?
It’s an estimate based on recent sales. The market price fluctuates with supply/demand.
If you want a good price: look around who is buying and deliver to a high buyer. Alternately you can just dump it at a trade hub like Amarr or Jita for a “fair” price.
Also taxes. Can’t even escape them by playing a game. You can train skills to reduce the taxes you pay.
