I will be looking for people to help me out as raids leaders, dark zone organizer, grouping organizer, and 4v4 PvP organizer.
What I am looking for in a raid leader and organizer is someone that has experience in running raids (telling people what needs to happen per boss) have time, and willing to research the best tactics. And sometimes explaining the tactics to your group, as if they are 5 years old. Someone that can take banter and someone that is not hotheaded.
This position is not an OTG officer position but will be an officer within the clan in the division 2 to help out.
