Its a lot of free creator content from Amazon including soundtrack, wallpapers, screens, movies, avatars, headers for social media, etc… Its pretty cool.
yes thats part of the content creator program they put together for streamers, guilds, etc

I’ve been downloading everything like mad!! Thanks for the link, although I believe it will be more an ambition to do something with the files than a realization of that dream.
