Short version: anyone who has made at least one legendary rune will get a free legendary relic when they come out, so it might be worth your while to make at least one rune by then, if it’s practical for you (“We’ll announce the timing of the next update soon, as it’s coming up pretty quickly.”).

Alternatively, TP prices for the Charms just shot through the roof, so it’s a good time to sell if you don’t intend to craft.
