The below was fixed in the release for 11/15
If you can’t figure out how to get into Borderlands:
Dev Knockback:
If you’re below level 20, go to Korthos and talk to the Gatekeeper there. He’s standing just outside the exit from the Grotto. He’ll send you to the Keep on the Borderlands landscape.
The Hall of Heroes Gatekeeper is intended for the people wanting to go to the Epic Keep landscape (though I don’t think he should be outright refusing you, that’s probably a bug.)
I’m not going to try to keep a running list of bugs posted, but that one seemed simple enough
