I knew Mother was strict, but good grief. I’m over a dozen Tier 1 and over 4 dozen Tier 2 bounties. I’ve got 4 Xaku Neuroptics and 7 of the rare mods. Scintillant…zero. It’s as much a myth at Ballas having a heart.
