?? I’m not getting any male officer candidates. I wonder why?
I think it is just random. If you are looking for male Bridge officers, you can look on the exchange (just check the option at the bottom for usable by me). There is also a Boff vendor near Admiral Quinn’s office which will let you recruit male/female version of BOffs I think for certain races. I just seem to recall they are just normal quality though. Which for normal Bridge Officer powers is fine. They just won’t have any superior traits or multiple traits on them.
