How To Report Exploits in New World

Continuing the discussion from [Dev Blog] How to Report Exploits - Updated:

Hi all,

Besides our in-game feedback tool, we have a new process to report exploits! This will ensure that the proper eyes are able to more quickly address any impactful issues around the clock.

To submit an exploit, please send an email to newworldexploits@amazon.com and use the following template:

What is your character name in New World:

What server/world did you experience your issue on:

Describe the issue you are experiencing:

How did the issue affect your gameplay:

Were you able to recover from the issue:

Where you can utilize this exploit:

How did you find this exploit:

Is it reproduceable? If yes, please list the steps:

Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:

When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone)

As a note: if you record a video to help show the exploit in action, please be sure to leave it UNLISTED when uploading to video sharing sites to help prevent the spread of exploits in New World. Videos are super helpful to the dev team while they investigate an issue and we appreciate them being added to reports, but we don’t want exploitable information to fall into the wrong hands either.

You will receive an automatic reply ensuring that we received your email and our team will reach out should we wish to request any additional information.

As a note, we will not address non-exploit bugs, feedback or requests for support here.

To report a non-exploit bug, you can do so either on our forums using our bug reporting template (Bug Reports - New World Forums ) or through the in-game feedback button in the in-game menu.
