You can now get a training dummy for your house which works for all levels.
It is purchased at curator for 7500 splendour; alternatively you can just use a dummy that exists on another property (I put one up in kin neighbourhood).
A training dummy is summoned that matches the level of your character.
This means that you can train skills at a housing dummy instead of seeking out a training dummy at another locale (moors is the only landscape one that would work for any level).
