The free 24-slot bag that was offered as a reward for email newsletter registration is bugged. If you haven’t received it yet, you need to log into your ArenaNet account, go to settings, deselect the newsletters, then log out. Log in again, reselect the newsletters, and log out. You should receive the bag the next time you log into the game.
