Level 50 for food allows you to make shepherds pie which gives you 25 minutes of nutrition. The problem is finding cheese to make it. The best source I have found so far are goblins but you only get one cheese for every 10 or so killed. The other alternative to Shepherd’s Pie is Fish Stew which also gives 25 minutes but getting all the fish is also quite a grind.
