I just tried to invite this character and was told you where not the same allegiance. Generally that means your character is still in the TOS tutorial or the character is KDF instead.

Sorry I forgot I had to be done with the tutorial. I will finish it this morning and let you know when I am done. I was playing way past my bed time when my brain had already gone to sleep lol.
