I truly wish I had something like this guide available when I was bringing up my alts. But I have to agree with WoD being a fast leveling area. It also offers a player their Garrison which is almost like player housing, sort of. Certainly worth the effort to include Garrison building while leveling in this area.
Without a doubt, WoD is the fastest. When I came back, I leveled there and it was very quick. Time it with an XP buff and you can easily get 1 to whatever the max is in Chromie time in a few hours.
