Expansions and Quests

Thanks for the Kin invite!

When I left lotro a while back I had bought the Helms Deep expansion. After looking around it looks like the only thing I need is the Mordor expansion to have all the quests?

Is Mordor the only major release since Helms (to have all quests) or am I missing something? Thanks

Mordor is the only Expansion that everyone must buy to access. Everything else was considered by Turbine/SSG to be new zones with quest packs that subscribers have free access to.
