Stormhaven Studios is happy to announce that we will now offer the option to play Embers Adrift without a subscription! At the end of June we will launch our optional subscription tier. Please see the following announcement on our forums for more information:

I’ve been watching this game since early development. I’ve never pulled the trigger on this game, but I continue to watch it closely. After this announcement, I think I will. I am glad to see the options available, and flexibility from the developers.

I did play this in beta, and reinstalled the client now, and can only activate one of my 3 characters. The game is now free once purchased. Only 1 character can be activated without a subscription now, I need to decide which to activate though…
