I have been fascinated with space every since I read my very first Buck Rogers comic as a kid. Over the years I’ve read every Science Fiction book I could get my hands on…including those classics my dad gave me in grade school:
A Wrinkle in Time is a young adult novel written by American author Madeleine L’Engle
Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas Jules Verne
Then moving on as I got older, to some of which I was constantly revisiting into my 40’s:
The War of the Worlds, The time Machine H.G. Wells
Stranger in a Strange Land Robert A. Heinlein
Foundation’s Edge Isaac Asimov
But we have a live science (no longer fiction) story right in our own back yard, as it were.
