Do we still need a Kin Inn?

Over a year ago we setup a Kin Inn in the Player Owned Town of PaxLair. At that time it was difficult/costly for new players to get a deed for their own personal home. The Inn provided a place to live for players without a home of their own.

Now new players can get a deed after just a few hours of play. (A row lot deed is given for completing the quests in any of the 3 starter zones.) This begs the question, is anyone still using the Kin Inn? Is it still useful?

Based on the lack of replies, I plan to take down the Inn building on Nov 15th.
