Since we or I do not have permission to post actual pictures can we have a channel that we could get permission to post peraonal pictures to share life events etc. Thank you.

Ran your suggestion up the chain. Most members host their pic elsewhere (most commonly another discord or discord messages) and link to that. We essentially restrict members from uploading to OTGs discord. This is not something expected to change anytime in the near future. This is a suggestion I re-ask on a recurring basis, in case things change.
