DC Universe Online Boost Advice?

Anyone still playing DCUO? They are giving a 210CR boost for the anniversary so I logged in again… I maxed out level but never CR. Been a long time since I played full-time and looking for advice on whether I should boost one of my existing characters (below) or whether I should start something new with a different power combination. Thanks!

I have just rejoined as well. No Marvel Hereos anymore, this can fill the void… mostly :). I did the boost to 25 and built off the Spectre. Not taking the healer role. has some cool undead skills.
