I keep reading on the official wiki and everywhere else on how you can set a custom chat filter. Would someone mind telling me how you find this??? Nowhere have I seen instructions that make sense for what I’m looking at on my screen. If I have to look at another gold ad from Randi-whatever, I’ll lose what’s left of it.

While you are in-game you press Escape and depending on which menu format you have will depend on where chat filters are.
Old menu - there is a button for chat filters near the middle
New Menu - its under community > then select chat filters
Here you can enter words that you want hidden from chat.
