I was in the last CB and part of OTG, trying to post my app, but the topic is locked to me and New Topic will not allow me to click on it

https://forums.oldtimersguild.com/t/join-the-new-world-chapter/33454 read this and click the link at the bottom. Click the link on the new post and you should be sent to the new invite thingy.
