The Wish of Inheritance is a new item introduced to the DDO Store! This item will allow a one-time use of changing the binding state of an equippable item from bound to character to bound to account that then binds to character on equip. Once equipped, the item will be bound to character again.
Its expensive. Maybe if you had a fully upgraded SOS on a retired character you wanted to move it would be useful. You’d also have to not have fed any stuff like that to a Sentient Gem, which is what I did to some stuff I figured I’d never use on that char.
