So I got this Ultimate Tech Upgrade from the Red Alert event. I’m thinking I don’t really have anything I should use it on because the best gear I have are sets that came from normal missions. I’m working on getting my REP up with Lukari so I can get their Advanced Piezo-Plasma Beam Array but I’m still low level. I was able to afford one fleet vulnerability locator console so far. I’m reading old stuff that say Rep items are the hardest to upgrade so use on that. Is that good advice?
As someone that runs around in fed ship with everything upgraded at max. The rep items are the things to use them on. you spend so much dilithium upgrading rep items. on average I think I used the experimental upgrade items for regular stuff of about maybe 10 - 16 where I would use about 30+ on rep items.
