New World application not working

I just re-joined the forums after several years and thought I’d try out New World. I tried to locate the New World application but the link leads to this error, for me:

I haven’t been on the forums in quite some time and this might be a completely new forum so maybe I don’t have access? previous forum name was rivermonkey as well

Last games I played were LOTRO and GW2
