I have to agree with Mac on that part, getting wacked while I am trying to do something isn’t fun for me at all. I am not a big fan of open world PvP at all. I don’t mind arenas or flagging. I am also a fan of PvE only worlds and PvP only worlds. Mixing PvE and PvP to me is like, well, shitting in my well and having no filtration and no where else to get water. I don’t like it.
GW2. PvP and WvW are completely separate from PvE. PvP has its own gear set and WvW is known to be the wild west where balance isn’t exactly top of the list (that’s what PvP is for). The only MMO to ever do it right, and they did it by not combining the two at all.
