I’m still planning on the Psychic Sprite, draxie heritage (think dragonkin but from a faerie dragon). They get touch telepathy already, so I figured it fell right in with the brain-specialization.

Back in the states and saw Rando’s post. Will we still be playing tonight? I’ve been asked to do some training at the Fire House. If there’s a chance the game will be cancelled I’ll go to that if we’re sure it’s on I’ll be playing.
I’ll check back here around 4pm to see if anyone knows.

has anyone been paying attention to the OGL leak that just came from WotC? Some content creators are saying this could effect Paizo games too.
Yes. The how it could affect Paizo bit is what is beginning to worry me. Basically there is a clause in the OGL that says they can change it and you have to abide by the new OGL. Technically they could make a new OGL that said you have to give WOTC all your profits. What was leaked was if you make over #750k in a year you have to pay 25% royalties on anything greater than that. It doesn’t affect that many creators but Paizo is probably one of, if not THE biggest of all that are affected. I didn’t realize how it could affect Paizo until this morning.
Basically it sucks if they follow through on this. While it might be legal it’s kinda dirty. Tell people hey you can use this for free… until they start making a bunch of money on it and then they say: oh no just kidding, gives us money for what you did with that stuff we said you could use for free.

Yeah. Paizo would have to pay up or recreate the entire system. I think this is their way to cripple and make money off their biggest competitor

Not sure if it was. I found a free and pretty good character creator Wanderers Guide that has all the books included. Rando may be changing the game setting as well so we’ll find out tonight

We’re doing a super heavily modified Curse of the Crimson Throne in the place that shall not be named 'cause it might be copyrighted by the evil empire company that I mentioned before. In PF2 (of course?)
Don’t bother downloading the player’s guide for Curse or reading anything in depth about that place 'cause it’s all changing. I’ll get an updated player’s guide into everyone’s grubby little hands next week. And then I’ll need about 2 weeks after that before we can get started.
I’ll update the forthcoming Outlaws of Alkenstar thread when I get the new player’s guide written.
