Seems as though a lot of buffs are being pushed this time, even though there also appears to be some nerfs.

Am adding a video from Kelani here if folks prefer a video overview.
So I see that Discipline Priest only gets a damage buff boost to 30% up from 14%. That might not seem like a lot, but look at it the other way – Discipline Priest is getting a 100% boost to the damage/healing buff that Burst of Light does.
That looks like it could easily cause mass AoE healing available on a 15 - 30 second cooldown. I’ve got no idea how much exactly, but it looks like it could heal the tank and 4 nearby allies for 210% of sustained damage and it might have an available healing over as much as 15 seconds with a 5 second pulse.
Of course, I could be wrong…
