Just to expand a bit on what Juulz said:
We no longer have an inactive/reactivate process on the new site. However, not every game has moved over to this site, so if you need access to members-only material on the old site, you’ll need to submit a reactivation request there in the same way as always: Post in the reactivation forum.
GW2 has moved to this site, though. If you would like to join us, please post your GW2 account id in this thread:

You do not need to wait until you’re reactivated on the old site.
