Ok, I’ve done some more digging and have decided to stay with my current service provider but look for a replacement phone. So I am looking for a GSM-based network capability, on G4-G5 networks. I realized I am not going to find a flip phone like I wanted to. So after searching this weekend, I’ve decided to see what I can find that is not expensive.
18e4vw8 offered me one of those AT&T/T-Mobile phone which seem to be compatible with what I need. If 18e4vw8 can contact me please, I would appreciate taking him up on his offer.
Consumer Cellular piggybacks on two GSM-based networks: AT&T and T-Mobile. Consumer Cellular does not require contracts for any of their services, but they do require lease agreements for the phones they offer. .
…but I do not plan to lease one of their phones.
Because they use AT&T/T-Mobile as a service provider, they can offer the same high speeds and 4G data option as Verizon and other major carriers. The offer nationwide coverage in all areas where AT&T and T-Mobile are available.
I already have this since I am still a CC customer.
