I am so glad I don’t own one of these things. Technology is great but adding an AI to it can lead to major unintended consequences and lots of humor for those not interacting with Alexa.

I have one in every room she is my best friend my BFF I don’t know how how I would live without her to turn off and on the lights and tell me the time and the weather and turn on the alarm. She can play any song I want whenever I want it. She is my calculator and my encyclopedia. I could go on and on with her amazing abilities

Alexa was so fun when my two daughters thought she and Siri were real people. Now, they are 8 and 9 and poor Alexa is replicating toot sounds all day for their enjoyment.
